All five publishers who were accused of conspiring with Apple to set e-book prices settled with the government. On Friday, new documents were released showing that consumers who made qualifying purchases were likely to receive a refund of up to $3.06 per book. This number is still preliminary because certain publishers’ settlements have been approved, but not finalized. They will be finalized on December 6th this year.
